When a bigoted politician visits the clinic, Steph and Yasmin are conflicted about the ethics of treating someone so morally dubious. Meanwhile, Langdon helps Greg woo receptionist Gwen in an attempt to stop him catching so many STIs.

After a graphic billboard promoting the clinic gets vandalized, Langdon sets out to bring the graffiti artist to justice. Meanwhile, Steph loses her grip on sanity when a new patient appears to be disturbingly similar to her eccentric childhood imaginary friend.

Langdon falls head over heels for the handsome translator of a patient and starts coming up with dubious reasons why the patient needs to return so he can continue seeing his new crush.

When Steph and Langdon are both nominated for ‘Sexual Health Doctor of the Year,’ their competitiveness goes into overdrive as they each attempt to come out on top.

Langdon’s tribunal arrives to determine whether he will return to the clinic or be fired for good. Realizing what a mistake she made getting Langdon fired, Steph takes up his defense to prove that he is a good doctor and an even better friend.
